Summary: quite satisfied with service, reasonable cost, lovely amenities and professional staff. Was able to make an appointment quickly online with little fuss or complication for a handful of maintenance needs. Dropping my vehicle off went quickly as well, and I was able to use their courtesy rental vehicle service (functionally free under 100mi/day and you buy your own gas obviously) which was a huge plus. Worked remotely a bit from their lobby as well on the day of drop off, which WiFi speeds were fine and a keurig and bottled water were also available. Service-wise, dropped off on a Monday morning picked up Thurs midday which seemed appropriate given the repairs I needed and degree of their busy-ness. Labor seems to run about $200/hr, other prices more or less average. For cost transparency (and obviously this varies per vehicle and work required), control arms; suspension; tire rotation; oil change; coolant flush; spark plugs; cabin air filters altogether ran me $3500. Absolutely outstanding customer service! My auto part was still under warranty and they took care of everything with no hassle at all. I didn't have to pay attention single penny! The staff was friendly, professional and made the entire process quick and easy. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its products and takes such great care of its customers.

I’ve had my car serviced at Avid a few times now. The experience is always excellent. I feel respected, and I trust their assessments. They have nice perks, like loaner cars and uber rides, to help manage life while your car is in the shop. They set expectations and consistently act accordingly.

The avid app keeps you in the know from start to finish. The availability of a loaner car was a difference maker. Communication was top notch. When I had a question, the shop was available and actually answered the phone. The shop did a thorough evaluation of my car. They included estimates and consulted with me about what was found. The team was thorough.

Surprised the rating isn't 5 Stars Overall. Great communication, transparent pricing and they even offered Uber rides back home and when pick up. Easily the best experience I've ever encountered from an Auto Shop. See for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
